<p><strong></strong>Lianne has spent the last 25 years helping people use technology to enhance their jobs, lives, and businesses.  She has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds in large corporations, non-profits, community service organizations and as a private coach.  Her unique approach focuses first on the organizational or personal needs, then the user interaction and finally the technology itself.  This enables the use of technology to be tailored to the organization and the users, so the transition can proceed smoothly and the benefits realized quickly.</p>
<p><strong>Training</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Her background in training informs all of Lianne’s work.  As a certified professional in learning and performance, her deep knowledge of the myriad factors impacting adult learning enables her to create impactful training programs in topics ranging from performance management to marketing. Her expertise in learning design, coupled with her creativity has resulted in engaging programs incorporating elements such as juggling contests and user-customized board games.</p>
<p>Lianne has worked with organizations as diverse as American Express, Rutgers University, and The National Center for Alcohol and Substance Abuse at Columbia University (CASA) and numerous professionals in private practices. Her CASASTART-Up program is a finalist in the 2009 National Non-profit PR Awards.  Lianne has a CPLP™ certification with a specialization in Learning Development and a certificate in online facilitation from New York University.</p>
